Kangol's proprietary Tropic material is a blend of polyester and modacrylic which makes the cap extremely lightweight and durable. The Ventair is a stylized weave where 6 rows border the base of the cap. These rows allow for more ventilation, hence the name Ventair. The Ventair 504 Ivy cap's sewn bill/visor made of a malleable plastic, so it can be curved for a better fit like a baseball cap.
