At Village Hat Shop, we want you to love your headwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your style, we are here to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Hat

  Carefully place the unworn hat in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
